Vermont voter guide
Vermont · General election · Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Your ballot, explained.

Both statewide constitutional amendments (Proposals 3 and 4) in plain words, the candidates on the Secretary of State's official list for federal, statewide and legislative office, and the county offices in all 14 counties. No endorsements. Every claim links to its source.

INCOMPLETE: (1) The official ballot question and amendment text for Proposals 3 and 4 are not shown; we could not check them word for word. (2) Candidate pages mostly say "We have not yet found background information from a source we can cite": only the 23 statewide and U.S. House candidates have been researched, and thinly. (3) Not included: justices of the peace, town, city and school races, local questions, and write-ins (none are on the Secretary of State's list). (4) Poll opening times are not shown. Your sample ballot on the Vermont Voter Portal is the final word.
