How to read a card

Published is the time the source claims. It can be wrong or changed later.
First seen is when The Way's archive first recorded it. Travel back in time uses this, so a story never appears before we actually had it.
Unchecked means found automatically and not yet reviewed by a person.
Snapped means a full copy of the page was saved in our archive, with a fingerprint that proves it hasn't changed since. Not snapped means we kept the headline, link and times, but no copy of the page yet. If a story is edited or deleted later, a snapped copy still shows what it said.

What this is not

It is not a poll. How often something is covered says nothing about what voters think. Coverage leans toward big national outlets, and some sources are missing.

We show headlines and links only. The full story belongs to the people who wrote it, so read it at the source.
