Statewide measures

Every Colorado voter decides these 14. Each page starts in plain words, with a before-and-after table and an example, then why people want it and why others object, who is paying for each side, and the official wording and Blue Book analysis.

Only in the Front Range rail district

Constitutional amendments need 55% of the vote, except Amendment 87, which the Blue Book lists as passing with a majority. Statutory propositions need a majority.
