Judges and RTD board

Colorado judges do not run against opponents. Voters decide whether each judge stays in office for another term (a "retention" vote: yes or no). 124 judges are on ballots somewhere in Colorado this year; you will see only the ones for your court districts.

The state's Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation publishes an evaluation of each judge, written by citizen commissions. Read them at judicialperformance.colorado.gov . This guide lists the names and does not add its own view.
