Judges on the ballot

In Wyoming, the Secretary of State's Voter's Guide lists "Judicial Retentions" among the offices up this year. The candidate roster lists these judges by court with no party, and each name appears once. The exact yes or no question printed on the ballot is not in the files we have, so check your sample ballot.

What each court does

INCOMPLETE. We have the 21 judges’ names and courts from the Secretary of State’s roster (no party; each name appears once) and the Voter’s Guide lists “Judicial Retentions” among the offices up. The files we have do not print the yes or no question voters will see, and they list no counties for the Supreme Court and Chancery Court seats. We have not confirmed that every judge below is a retention vote. Check your sample ballot. The roster spells a few names differently from the Offices Up for Election file (for example Ben and Benjamin M. Burningham, Daniel and Dan Forgey); we use the roster.

Judges on your ballot

Names and courts are from the Secretary of State's official candidate roster . Counties come from the Secretary of State's Offices Up for Election file, which gives no counties for the Supreme Court and Chancery Court seats.
