Bond Questions

Every Rhode Island voter decides these 5. Each page has the official ballot title word for word, what a yes or no vote does, and links to the full text.

All five are bond questions (borrowing the state pays back with interest). The General Assembly put them on the ballot in Article 5 of the state budget bill. Each question is voted on separately, and each passes if a majority of the people voting on it vote to approve it. GAP: the official wording below comes from the bill text; we have not yet checked it against the Department of State's Voter Information Handbook.
