Every race, every candidate

All 442 candidates on the Secretary of State's official list for federal, statewide and legislative offices, each with a profile page. County and local races are on your sample ballot.

Governor, U.S. Senate and statewide offices

Georgia voters choose a governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, attorney general, and the commissioners of agriculture, insurance and labor, the state school superintendent, two Public Service Commission members and a U.S. senator. Judges were elected in May, so no court races are on this ballot.

U.S. House

Your district's one vote in the U.S. House. House members write and vote on federal laws, taxes and spending, and every bill to raise taxes has to start in the House. A term is two years.

State Senate

Your district's vote in the Georgia Senate. Senators write and vote on state laws and the state budget, confirm some of the governor's appointments, and need two-thirds of the vote to put a constitutional amendment on the ballot. A term is two years.

All 56 state Senate seats are on the ballot; senators serve two-year terms. The official candidate list has not reached us yet, so no State Senate races are shown.

State House

Your district's vote in the Georgia House of Representatives. Members write and vote on state laws and the state budget; every tax and spending bill has to start in the House. A term is two years.

All 180 state House seats are on the ballot; members serve two-year terms. The official candidate list has not reached us yet, so no State House races are shown.
