Lee County REFERENDUM PROVIDING FOR THE STRUCTURE OF THE COUNTY LEGISLATIVE BRANCH (Countywide Charter Amendment - County Commission Single Member Districts)
What your vote means
A YES vote lets the law take effect, so beginning with the 2028 general election the five commissioners are elected in single-member districts, by voters of their own district only.
A NO vote keeps the current system, where all Lee County voters vote for every commission seat.
